Product Overview
The liquid level transmitter product uses OEM pressure sensors with stainless steel isolation diaphragms as signal measurement elements, and has undergone computer automatic testing. The zero point and sensitivity temperature compensation are carried out over a wide temperature range using laser resistance adjustment technology. The amplification circuit is located inside the stainless steel casing, which converts the sensor signal into a standard output signal, fully leveraging the technological advantages of the sensor and giving the liquid level transmitter excellent performance. It has anti-interference, small temperature drift, high stability, and high measurement accuracy, making it an ideal liquid level measuring instrument in the field of industrial automation.
Working principle
The pressure formula received by the sensor at the liquid level is: P= ρgh+Po formula:
P: The pressure exerted by the sensor on the liquid surface (hereinafter referred to as pressure for ease of understanding)
ρ: Density of the measured liquid
g: Gravitational acceleration (according to 9.815 during debugging)
Po: Atmospheric pressure on the liquid surface
h: The depth of liquid input by the sensor
When the sensor is inserted into the liquid at a certain depth, the pressure of the measured medium is introduced into the positive pressure chamber of the sensor. The atmospheric pressure Po on the liquid surface is connected to the negative pressure chamber of the sensor through a cable air duct to counteract the Po on the front side of the sensor, so that the pressure measured by the sensor is: ρ Obviously, by measuring the pressure P, the depth of the liquid level can be obtained.
