The HD-RFD510 piezoelectric rain gauge is a small instrument developed and produced by Chongqing Haydun Technology Co., Ltd. for monitoring rainfall. The working principle of a piezoelectric rain gauge is to use the piezoelectric effect of a piezoelectric oscillator to convert mechanical displacement (vibration) into an electrical signal. Then, based on the voltage waveform of the impact energy transformation of raindrops, the magnitude of rainfall can be obtained, enabling the calculation of the weight of individual raindrops and the calculation of rainfall.
